To have an internet booth establishment in Peru, the following requirements must be met without any inconvenience:
In the establishment:
- Operating license.
- Civil Defense technical inspection and security certificate.
- Signs.
- Extinguisher.
- First aid box.
- Plan of the premises where the safe places are shown.
- Area assigned to minors.
- Filtering software for pornographic pages.
- User registration (Names, Surnames and DNI).
Optional and recommended.
- Surveillance cameras.
- Cabin control software.
You must have all these requirements in order, since, at any time, municipal operations are carried out by the prosecution and the police, where they verify that the internet booth has all the requirements, otherwise you can be fined and the premises closed permanently.
